Barter’s Season PassBooks are the best way for you to see the most theatre!
Barter offers a variety of passes that will fit with your lifestyle.
PassBooks are available annually beginning on October 1 and ending April 1 OR while supplies last. Purchase before January 1 and save even more!
Benefits of PassBooks
- Up to 60% in savings on tickets to both Barter Theatre and Barter Stage II productions.
- 15% reusable discount on purchases of $10 or more at The Barter Café.
- Flexibility – you can change or cancel reservations up to two hours before show time. No other Barter Patron may do this!
- Ticket Insurance – If you lose your Season Passes, the Box Office will replace them and, for you, the show will go on.
Discount Passbooks
The Porterfield Pass
One admission to every production at Barter Theatre’s Main Stage, and four passes for Barter Stage II productions. Twelve coupons, $192 until Dec. 31; $198 after January 1.
The Anytime Pass
Six admissions, which can be used at anytime. $144 until Dec. 31; $150 after January 1.
The Value Pass
Six coupons good anytime other than Friday or Saturday evenings. $114 until Dec. 31; $118.50 after January 1.
The Earlybird Pass
Six coupons valid for the first twelve performances of any show. $84 until Dec. 31; $87 after January 1.
The 5 to 30 Pass
Four admissions to anything Barter has to offer throughout the season. This pass is to be used by anyone in this age group. (Available throughout the year.) $48 until Dec. 31; $52 after January 1.

Discount PassBook Policies
Discount PassBook coupon holders are required to make reservations and exchange their coupons for tickets at the box office or by mail. A coupon must be exchanged for each ticket. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Please call the Box Office to cancel reservations if you are unable to attend. You may cancel or reduce the number of reserved tickets until two hours before a performance. Patrons who fail to notify the Box Office of a cancellation will be responsible for the cost of total tickets reserved.
The cost of total tickets will be charged to your credit card if not cancelled two hours prior to the performance.
Tickets not picked up 45 minutes prior to the performance are subject to release.
PassBook coupon holders are responsible for all reservations once they arrive at the Box Office to pick up their tickets, NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED AT THE WINDOW. EARLY BIRD PassBook holders CANNOT upgrade or extend the use of their coupons past the designated dates, so please do not ask the Box Office staff to do so. Discount PassBook sales begin in October.
