Smith Theatre Renovation

The Barter Foundation is requesting proposals from licensed architectural and engineering firms to provide professional services including, but not limited to, Design, Bidding, Permitting, Contract Documents, Cost Estimates, and Construction Inspection.

Access the RFP by clicking here. The proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. September 12th, 2025. An optional pre-bid walkthrough will be held on August 25th, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The address of Smith Theatre is 110 West Main Street, Abingdon, Virginia 24210.
