I bought tickets but lost them. Can I get new ones?
Yes. If you purchased tickets and had them emailed to you, you can log into your Barter Theatre account and find them there. For more assistance, you can visit our Box Office in person and a Barter staff member will be happy to print them for you. We are able to scan tickets from your phone if you have saved your email.
I have a small child. Do I need to buy a ticket for them as well?
Yes! We have a “no babes in arms” policy and do not allow children under five to attend most Barter Theatre productions. However, for family-friendly shows, children three and up are welcome with a purchased ticket. For The Barter Players’ performances, we allow all ages, but each attendee must have a ticket. If you have a question about whether or not a show is “family friendly”, please contact our Box Office or reference our Content Advisories.
