The Innkeeper’s Wife

THE INNKEEPER’S WIFE

by Catherine Bush

NOVEMBER 22ND - DECEMBER 28TH AT BARTER'S SMITH THEATRE

It’s the time of the Census, y’all! That means things are really hopping in the little town of Bethlehem, and nobody’s feeling the heat more than Leah’s husband Saul, the town’s sole innkeeper. While Leah would typically be lending a hand, her failing health prevents her from leaving her bed. But when a young man and his pregnant wife knock on the door, Leah is given a gift that will change her world – and ours – forever.

Jingle All the Way

NOVEMBER 25TH - DECEMBER 27TH on GILLIAM STAGE

It’s not easy being the twin brother of Santa’s #1 Helper–and no one knows that better than Jangle the Elf. No matter what job Jangle is assigned to in Santa’s Workshop, his sister Jingle can do it faster and better. Then a letter arrives for Santa at the North Pole, a letter requiring a Top Priority Gift. The trouble is no one–including Jingle–knows how to make it. Will Jangle be able to save the day–and Christmas?

Book & Lyrics by Catherine Bush, Music by Dax Dupuy

How the Grinch Stole Christmas

How The Grinch Stole Christmas

Based on the book How The Grinch Stole Christmas by Dr. Seuss. Book and lyrics by Timothy Mason, Music by Mel Marvin

NOVEMBER 15 - DECEMBER 28th on GILLIAM STAGE

The Grinch despises the annual Christmas Festivities of Whoville, so he carries out a plan to stop them once and for all. That is until his heart, two sizes too small, grows by learning the real meaning of Christmas. Featuring Barter’s resident company and for the first time on Gilliam Stage join the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, and citizens of Whoville for this timeless story based on the iconic film and adored classic to life. Celebrate the holidays in true Barter style- full of joy, music and just the right amount of mischief!
